Research interests: Economic and social behaviour; Game theory and mathematical models; Biology, behavioural science, genetics, sociology; Self-interested market forces, central government intervention; Community governance, cooperation and punishment systems, societal outcomes; Public policy and social choice; Intergenerational inequality; Egalitarian politics; Moral economy; Economics and policy of education.
Present positions: Associate Editor, Social Justice Research ● International Advisory Board, Journal of Institutional Economics.
